High School Students Excel in West Side Story
Congratulations to the following high school students on their excellent work during the Drama Club production of West Side Story held this past spring at Avon Lake High School: Adam Bommer, Michael LaPlaca, Kaitlin Mack, Jacob Market, Susanne Miller, John Telepak and Chris Walsh. Well done, students!
Elementary Art Show Exhibits
Approximately 100 pieces of artwork crafted by our elementary students were recently placed on display in the Gallery Room of the Avon Lake Public Library at our "Elementary Art Show". If you didn’t have time to visit the library during that time, you may view pictures of the artwork here. We are proud of our students’ efforts!
JVS Gold Medal Award Winners
Congratulations to JVS students Aarika Baker, Zac Hoenig and Joe Strippoli! Joe earned a gold medal in the Culinary Team Event at the JVS, Zac earned a gold medal in the Career Investigation Event at the JVS, and Aarika received a gold medal in the Chapter Service Display Event at the State Competition of the Family Career & Community Leaders of America! Well done, Aarika, Zac and Joe!
